- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of the job depends on the service and the size of the home. In order for us to provide the most accurate pricing, the initial meeting is a quick walk through of you home to see the size, condition and layout. While we can appreciate those that do not have an interest in this method, it is required for us to provide an estimate. We will not be able to provide an estimate for the initial and ongoing service without having done this initial walk thru. We hope you understand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we start with our deep cleaning service for all new customers. After that, we offer regular cleaning service on a monthly service (or more often if the client prefers). In order for us to provide the most accurate pricing, the initial meeting is a quick walk through of you home to see the size, condition and layout. While we can appreciate those that do not have an interest in this method, it is required for us to provide an estimate. We will not be able to provide an estimate for the initial and ongoing service without having done this initial walk thru. We hope you understand.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My wife and I work in related businesses and we felt the need to offer a complimentary business to the residents of Philadelphia County, Burlington County, Camden County and Gloucester County.
