Very quick to respond to requests and emails. Gave a quote immediately. He quoted $300 less than my local guy did. Asked for 1/2 payment upon initial review and start of job, gave second 1/2 upon completion of survey. Very accurate with placement of stakes/markers. Quick and efficient job. Would recommend him.
