we hired Bucks locks for rekeying new home. Overrall, we had to adjust the calendar to accommodate changing schedules as original appointments were changed. Then, when Jonathan finally arrived, we thought he knew what he was doing. But we were let down wrong path, he was just rushing us not even trying the new locks and keys, pushing us for the payment while he took few hours for rekeying which is not good customer service. Apart from that, he took a complicated key and changed to a simple key inspired of asking home several times.
