I was so impressed with the way Eilena planned my event. I was having a 30th birthday party for myself in Philadelphia, PA and was a bit overwhelmed with the details that went into planning. The process took about 4 months but she kept in contact the entire time via email, text, phone calls etc..Eilena handled the logistics of my invitations, researching information about prices for candy for a candy buffet, and whatever else needed to be done. She was reliable, informative, creative, and she was there on time to make sure everything at the catering hall was setup correctly. She also went above and beyond not only by filling in with things I may have forgotten to purchase but she made sure the color that I requested for my invitations was exactly what I wanted. I don't think my event would have been a success if she wasn't there! Excellent service and highly recommended!

Called Event Loft for a wedding design package. Look no further! She and her staff are courteous, organized and the concepts they came up with were perfect! We wanted whimsical yet contemporary. They nailed it! They offer lighting in the design as well, which was a huge help. Thumbs up!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down in person to get to know a potential client and ask how they would like the event to feel. At that meeting, I ask for all kinds of inspiration to provide a design concept with ideas to make it their own. No idea is unique, it is about how you make it unique to you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Event Leadership Certification, Accredited Designer through (IWed Global), and various floral conferences and workshops on the east coast.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After planning my wedding and other events (non-profit and private social events), it was a natural fit to continue on this path for others. I was an intern at an evens magazine as well as wedding assistant before starting out planning weddings. After not receiving the quality of floral arrangements from partners, I moved over to design as it has allowed me to express my creativity and I love it!
