Doug was an amazing personal trainer. He listened to me and what I wanted to achieve (taking into account my age, weight, lifestyle, etc...) and then he customized a training plan tailored to me. He was professional, honest and a great motivator! He will definitely help you achieve your fitness goals while being very realistic about your expectations. Met Doug 5 years ago. He trained me pre and post double mastectomy. My medical team was highly impressed with how well my body was prepared for the multiple surgeries. He is a very patient, kind, & knowledgeable trainer. He creates a program specific to your needs. After all, training is not a one size fits all. He motivates you to be the best you can be.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge 60$ a personal training session and 80$ per nutrition plan. I will offer discounts on training if there is more than 1 person at once. For my weekly nutrition programs I will offer a 1 week complimentary personalized nutrition program if customer signs a 3 month contract.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer to all my new clients a free consultation to go over all of their goals, concerns and/or questions they have. I like to understand with all my clients any previous injuries or muscular discomforts or sorenesses. For my nutrition clients we’ll go over what their current food regiment is and any allergies, food preferences, etc. I will offer personalized meal plans that includes a grocery list and ingredients for all the recipes. All my services I finalize with a 3 month contract based on the service including a 2 week cancellation policy.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a degree in Kinesiology. I specialize in Injury Prevention, Corrective Exercise, Sports Nutrition, Myofacial Release, Reflex Response, and Total Motion Release.
