Introduction: Nutrition Coach
Building muscle and shedding fat is what I do.
I’m not for everyone but if you are serious about building some serious muscle, burning that stubborn fat off and getting in the best shape of your life then I’m your guy.
For the guys, I know you want that thick, round chest, big arms and strong legs. For the ladies, I know you want that lower body to be poppin and a nice toned upper body. I got you!
I provide in person, online training and nutrition coaching as all separate services.
In person Training | We will meet 1-5 times a week and train for an hour each either one of my gyms or a location of your choice. Every month, you will receive a monthly nutrition plan as well because you just can not out train a bad diet and any trainer that tells you otherwise, shouldn’t be a trainer. Period.
Nutrition Coaching | You will get a monthly, fully personalized meal plan for every day of the week depending on your goals. You get a shopping list so when you’re at the supermarket, you have a checklist to follow to make it a seamless experience.
Before we begin, I will send you a multiple question assessment to get to know more about you and your eating habits and then with the answers from those questions I will cater a plan that’s made specifically for you. You also get 24/7 access to me in case you have any questions or concerns.
Online Training | You will receive a monthly, fully personalized training plan and meal plan. You will get weekly check-ins with me via FaceTime/Skype. You get 24/7 text access to me and you also get your own training app. So every time you enter the gym or the kitchen, you will know exactly what to do.
You get the same shopping list as you get with my nutrition coaching and the same question assessment but with online training, you get a training assessment on top of the nutrition assessment before we get going. This way I’ll know all of your training and dietary habits to make sure I’m making a plan that you’ll follow and most of all enjoy.
So I earned by BS in Exercise Science from West Chester University where I also minored in Nutrition. After college, I worked at a gym where I trained clients full time and I also trained clients on the side. That was fun but my heart wasn’t in to the classic personal training approach. The thing I love most is bodybuilding. So that’s when I began training people that were serious about actually building muscle and now here I am with a successful business a couple years later.
Bodybuilding is my first love and something that I’m naturally good at. I’ve helped over 100s of clients in person and online around the world build their physiques they’ve always wanted through training and nutrition. I’m a serious, no nonsense guy that expects the work to be put in.
