- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the size and condition of the space, the scope of work, labor requirements and the materials selected. Accuracy construction and Restoration provides a detailed estimate after evaluating the project. Any potential changes or additional costs will be discussed with the customer before extra work is completed. Our goal is to provide transparent pricing with no unexpected surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins when a customer submits a request with details about their project. A member of team will respond within 24 business hours to schedule a walk through. After the walkthrough, we will provide a detailed estimate within 24-48 hour. once the estimate is approved, we will coordinate a project start date that works for the customer.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a contractor, look for someone who communicates clearly, listens to your goals, and provides a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, timelines, and cost. Ask questions, review photos of previous projects, and confirm that he contractor is properly insured. The lowest price is now always the best value
