- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently have several sewing course in place and ready to teach. All course are affordably price for 1 to 12 hours of class time. I like to give pricing based on exactly what my clients need because not all jobs can be put under one price. This applies, whether I'm teaching or doing any of the other services I provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting and working with new clients, it is my goal to assist with their needs. So the first thing I must do, is listen to the clients request and then give my professional opinion utilizing all of my expertise. sometimes this may mean sending the client to a better source.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the last thirty plus years, I have worked in many areas of the sewing industry. I have sewing machine technical training, production and manufacturing training along with embroidery, upholstery and tailoring. My life's passion has afforded me the ability to learn many skills both in official format and first-hand.
