Introduction: I have been dancing ballet since I was 5 years old, and it's one of my passions. I find ballet to be a wonderful form of self-expression, and it creates excellent balance, flexibility, strength and posture. I stay in ballet shape by taking adult classes, along with integrating yoga and Pilates into my weekly exercise routine. I teach all ages and offer beginner to intermediate ballet lessons. I don't offer pointe at this time. I love to teach and share my experience and passion for ballet with others.
