We had a very good experience with A-to-Z. From the beginning, Maggie was very helpful and personal; it felt great to get a real person into a conversation about our project. Both German and Eddie, who did our painting, were a pleasure to deal with and very professional. They took off their shoes when coming into our home and wiped up the dust down our whole stairway upon leaving. The price for the project was fair and reasonable, and I will use this company again.

We needed to update our basement family room to make it more functional. I was referred to the A to Z team by another contractor that considered our project too small. I was so impressed with Derek and his team from the initial inquiry to the final walk through. Maggie helped with all the planning and daily updates in the team members and time for the next day. The demo and construction team were very respectful with great care to not get dust or dirt outside of the area with cleanup at the end of each day. Derek and team team pivoted when an issue was found after demo. Derek provided the cost adjustment with great details of all work and related costs. Even the dumpster was a smooth process. We are very pleased with the work and will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others!!! I can't wait for the furniture delivery and blinds to be installed to complete the room. We will have a TV viewing area and yoga/exercise area to enjoy!

Really happy with Gino Strianese! He did a great job with the ledges and boards we needed fixing around the house. He was on time and got through all of the jobs quickly! I would definitely go back to A-Z!

I’m actually pissed I can only pick 3 qualities when giving a review. One, Brent’s work is phenomenal. Two, they’re super friendly and great to work with. I already talked about other projects I’m looking to have done. I am 100% recommending him to everyone possible. He hung a workout machine on my wall and hung these shelves astoundingly fast.
Seriously, hire ‘em to do your jobs. You won’t regret it.

I cant say enough good things about A to Z Family Business! I just bought a house and my list of projects seems to grow by the day. When I reached out to A to Z, Maggie was able to get me scheduled quickly and was so accommodating when I asked to add/change the scope of the work as new things popped up in the house. Our handy person Derek was also excellent. He did really great work in our house and checked in with us regularly to make sure he was installing or fixing things exactly to our specifications.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is as follows, we believe in being transparent with our pricing so you know what you're going to pay when we're done so there are no surprises
Handiwork-$90 per hour with a $65 one time dispatch fee.
Electrical-$90 per hour with a $95 one time dispatch fee.
Plumbing-$90 per hour with a $95 one time dispatch fee.
Consultations-$90 which will be waived or credited if hired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer virtual quotes for our work. We will ask you for pictures of the space and what you want to complete on your project. Please send as much information as possible so we can get you a best estimate. There is no such thing as too much information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our new technicians train go through an online training program and train at least two weeks with our managing partner and specialist. Before going out on their own, they shadow and are supervised by our specialist.
