Hello, I worked with Owen for almost two years. He taught be how to do total body strength training workouts that were manageable for myself to complete and helped make my daily living activities easier and safer to complete. I loved watching my strength go up and and actually looked forward to exercise. He is very patient, while staying motivating and positive, no matter how long it took me to get the hang of things!

I have been training with Different for the last 7 months and I am so glad that I have. I am a former college athlete who loved working out but had difficulty staying consistent with eating right and keeping my exercise routines fun and challenging. I have fluctuated with my weight because of my inconsistencies. I have always been a bigger guy and I have really wanted to get back into a muscular physique. It has been 14 years since I have trained seriously and Different truly made a difference! I have new workouts on a monthly basis and I am eating the best I have since my playing days. Owen is excellent being available for me when I have questions about my workout routines and being there to celebrate my accomplishments when I have an exciting pr achieved. I am happy to say that I am feeling great about my body. I feel strong and confident and I know all is owed to Different. Thank you brother!! 🙌
