My business provides all home remodeling services which include all flooring installations of vinyl, hardwood, engineered/laminate and tile. As well as all finish work and handyman work which include molding installations, repairs and painting. My business stands out for one main reason and that is because I'm all about my clients satisfaction. Their happiness is my business. When they're happy I get referred, when I get referred I get business. I take this very seriously. My work, business and attitude speaks for itself as I have been working on referrals since 2019. Which is why I haven’t been a top pro since then as I haven’t been working through thumbtack. But for any new customers who might stumble upon my profile who wish for quality work, you will not be disappointed.

Rory's work is incredible. He installed some hardwood flooring and did an amazing job painting my two bedrooms. He communicated throughout and he really knows what he's doing. He will certainly be my first choice for any future projects.

You can't go wrong with Rory. He just finished painting my mother's house which is going on the market. Rory did an INCREDIBLE job! He is a skilled painter. His prices are very reasonable. He is responsive. His prep work, painting, and clean up are top rate. His "lines" are great! He's already lined up to install hardwood floors. Thank you, Rory! It was a pleasure!

I hired Rory and his team to install my new hardwood floors and i am very happy with the work they did. Very fair prices and they got it done fast. I didn't have baseboards as part of my request but they put them in w/o charge :) my family loves our new floors.

I am a very picky person and i was undecided on a few things but Rory was so patient with me and he offered great insights to get me on the right track. I hired him to hang doors and tile my bathroom floor and shower. I ended up hiring him to paint our home as well. He is a very hard worker and the work he does is remarkable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would have clients pay for the materials up front if the project requires it. If the job is under two weeks to complete then nothing is due up front besides materials and only at the completion of the job is the balance due. Any jobs that are longer than 2 weeks to complete, I ask for 30% of the total cost at the end of the 5th working day. My system also includes negotiating a fair and honest price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process would be to meet my client and evaluate the job that needs to be done so I can write up an accurate estimation. After I send the customer my estimate and its agreed upon, we then schedule a date to perform the work. Real simple.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience in home renovations. I've worked under knowledgeable carpenters for many years before owning my own business. I went to school for carpentry and this trade has always been what i wanted to do.
