Received great, practical, cost saving direction on a basement refinish project that led to the project coming to life as I envisioned, while lowering potential cost at the same time. Major hurdles were avoided due to thoughtful planning and some clever ideas I would not have considered!

I have worked with Matt on several projects. Most recently he helped me create a beautiful closet in my bedroom. (This is a closet with two separate windows, so really a room!). Matt is wonderful to work with because he is intelligent, thoughtful and creative and when working with an older home all those qualities are required. He has definitely more than off set his management fee by finding better venders and better more practical approaches to the work I want to do. I couldn’t endorse him more strongly
