Our Process for New Customers Initial Contact We begin with a quick phone call, text, or email to understand your needs and schedule a free inspection. On-Site Inspection One of our experienced team members will visit your property to assess the roof, siding, or gutters. We'll document any damage and take detailed measurements. Detailed Estimate or Insurance Review We’ll provide a clear, itemized estimate. If it’s an insurance claim, we’ll walk you through the process and can meet with your adjuster to advocate on your behalf. Project Planning Once approved, we’ll finalize material selections, schedule the work, and provide you with a project timeline and what to expect. Installation Day Our professional crew arrives on time and protects your property during the project. We complete most jobs in 1–2 days and perform a full cleanup afterward. Final Walkthrough & Warranty We inspect the finished work with you, ensure satisfaction, and provide warranty documentation for your peace of mind.
