- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the time, I will have to physically see the project to give an accurate price due to many variables. Sometimes, I can can give a quote on service upgrade or outlet replacement, etc without looking at the home but it's usually best if I look at the project first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I provide a quote which is free, based on location. If the customer is happy with the price, I can perform the work immediately or depending on the length of the job, schedule a time convenient for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of college in the electrical field.
