BILL WARNER HAS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL IN OUR DEALINGS. UNFORTUNATELY SOMEONE PROFESSING TO BE A BOROUGH OFFICIAL TOLD HIM HE NEEDED A PERMIT AND IF HE DIDN'T STOP CLEANING HE WOULD GET A $500 FINE. TURNS OUT THERE IS NO PERMIT NEEDED BUT BILL HAD ONLY BEEN ABLE TO DO THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE. HE WILL BE RETURNING WHEN HE HAS AN OPENING. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE PART HE DID GET DONE.

We could not be happier with Ecoclean and the work that they did in removing our old patio, correcting the grade to our foundation, building our new composite deck, and installing a new sliding door. From the very start, the quality of service was exactly what we hope for and expected. They initially came to our home with sample photos of the type of decking that we might use, which is a small thing, but also unique among the other contractors that provided an estimate. Their estimate was thorough, timely, and completely accurate with the final bill. They were always punctual, always professional, and the work that they did was of the highest quality and performed in the time that they estimated. They even took the extra step to rehab any yard/landscaping damage that occurred in the demolition of the patio (which was very minimal), and incorporated that minor cost into the estimate without surprising us with it later. We received both higher and lower bids for this project, but we are completely satisfied with the value of the work that was completed, the time that it took, and every step in between. They have our highest recommendation (including our crazy, protective small dog who whined sadly when they left at the completion of the project). We will definitely be calling them for future projects.

Arrived on time and finished within the hour. Treated professionally and honestly. And during the first rainstorm after the cleaning, my gutters were clear. The rain water came down the spouting the way it is supposed to.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer standard pricing for all our services. Our pricing is very straight forward and is based on square footage, linear footage or per item pricing. The price we quote is the price you will pay. We don't have hidden charges nor do we up-charge as we go.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you submit your request we will reply to you stating that we'd like to schedule a time to provide a free onsite estimate. After we gather all the required information and specs we take the information back to our office to formulate a bid proposal that we will mail or email to you for your consideration. We try to make the process as simple and painless as possible for our customers!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 40 years experience in the contracting business so we have the skills and knowledge to get the job done right and to your satisfaction every time.
