- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer standard pricing for all our services. Our pricing is very straight forward and is based on square footage, linear footage or per item pricing. The price we quote is the price you will pay. We don't have hidden charges nor do we up-charge as we go.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you submit your request we will reply to you stating that we'd like to schedule a time to provide a free onsite estimate. After we gather all the required information and specs we take the information back to our office to formulate a bid proposal that we will mail or email to you for your consideration. We try to make the process as simple and painless as possible for our customers!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 40 years experience in the contracting business so we have the skills and knowledge to get the job done right and to your satisfaction every time.
