I love Busy Little Me’s. Nikki and her team are true professionals and their energy is amazing. I believe energy is important when permittee someone into your home. They paid attention to my concerns and delivered. I’ve only had one visit and was sold. We’re now scheduled for biweekly services.

I hired Busy Little Mes to clean my mom's house as a mothers day gift and they did an awesome job. They cleaned places that I don't even usually get to, and the house smelled nice, the floors were clean, the fan blades were wiped, all the counters were clean, the dust bunnies in the living room were gone-- they did a great job. My mom was happy, I'm happy. I would definitely use them again.

I scheduled a clean for my home. They were able to come out and give me an estimate of how long it would take and assured me all the work I was requesting could be done. Based on their estimate I assume the clean would would be about $140, So I scheduled an appointment. The girl who came to give me the estimate was not the one who cleaned I did receive a call in what I was told was is they felt someone else would be better for my clean because they pay closer attention to detail. No big deal as long as they’re coming. so clean day comes in they don’t show up, I was able to message her and I told them I think they went to the wrong house, Which they did but they immediately came to my home after they realized the mistake. I received a text from someone and they told me that they were not gonna charge me for my cleaning because of the error. Very nice gesture and it was certainly appreciated. I can’t say enough about how kind and friendly these people are. However I am hesitant to use them again as the clean I received was not what I expected. The first girl that was here that did the estimate I explained to her that I want my basement floor bleached from a plumbing issue I had and she said they could bring bleach. When the girl arrived for my clean she didn’t have bleach , so she wasn’t able to clean my basement. She cleaned for roughly 3 hours before my boyfriend showed up and the first thing he said to me when he walked in was “what did she do”. I tend to ignore comments from men because they don’t pay attention to detail so I was able to show him all the things that she did I was asking that she did do a great job at. When she was done cleaning I did it really quick walk-through and found a couple things that she was able to clean up a bit more. She was more than willing to do anything that I was asking. However if I would’ve paid for this clean I would’ve been very disappointed as there were quite a few misses. The one side of my toilet was not cleaned and there was dirt all over the floor plus there was water left inside of my toilet bowl scrubber, I have hardwood floors and it doesn’t even look like they were mopped, I don’t know if it’s the type of cleaner she was using but typically when I mop the floors look clean. I had a friend come over and her 11-year-old son made a comment about how dirty my floors are. You know kids they just say anything. It’s probably the type of cleaner she was using plus there were a few spots that I specifically pointed out that I wanted cleaned and they don’t even look like they were wiped off at all. I ended up cleaning my house two days later and you could tell such a difference after I cleaned it again. Still debating whether I’m gonna use them again or not.
