I don’t even know where to start – these guys are absolute heroes! Last week my main sewer line backed up into the basement. You can imagine the panic and the smell. I called Steel City Sewer Squad in full meltdown mode, and they had a crew at my house in under 90 minutes on a Friday evening. The team that showed up was professional, friendly, and didn’t bat an eye at the disaster they walked into. They explained everything clearly: the line was completely clogged with years of tree roots and buildup. They brought in their jetter and camera and got right to work. Watching them snake that camera down and then blast the roots out was honestly kind of impressive. They cleared the entire line, removed a massive root ball, and showed me the before-and-after on the camera so I could see it was truly clean. They even gave me tips on how to prevent it in the future and treated my home with total respect – booties on, tarps down, everything left cleaner than when they arrived.
