Des came out to fix something another contractor left poorly started and unfinished. I was definitely nervous using thumbtack again it I had a bathroom torn apart and needed immediate assistance. The communication, Timeliness, price point and all around good servixe will be why I book them for my shower surround. Des listened to what I wanted, didn’t try to upsell and gave good recommendations. Highly recommend pictures show how it was left before Des came out and how he fixed it in 2 days.

This winter surprised a lot of us with freezing temperatures and when our pipe burst while we were out of town, Water Brothers were responsive and compassionate to our plight of finding someone to assess and fix without adding extra fees, because the whole town was desperate for the same thing. I had pleasant communicative phone calls with Desmond and Jamal and came home to excellent work complete. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I’m calling Water Brothers.

I had a gas line to replace in my den to a flexible line over to my fireplace. What I appreciate about Des and his company is that he was extremely responsive (way more than any of the 10+ I contacted) and he was there for me basically when I needed. He also was nice enough to review photos of my job and what I wanted him to do before he came. I had another plumber charge like $70 just to come out and then review/assess, so I appreciate Desmond’s willingness to do this as if we are in the 21st century. He was also extremely fair. This is a job that I had convinced myself that I could do on my own, and had it been anything else than a gas line I probably would have tried. But, Des and his expertise made me feel much better and more confident about the job, and as his pricing was much fairer than any others I have shopped to, I absolutely positively plan to not only use him but recommend him to many others. Contractors out there, you need to operate more like him, give folks a fair and reasonable price and you basically get not only one but multiple customers for life. And he is definitely one of the best plumbers I’ve ever engaged with, so will recommend him to everyone.
