FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are competitive and structured to reflect the complexity and urgency of each matter. Depending on the case, I offer flat fees, hourly billing, or limited-scope representation so clients can choose an approach that fits their budget and goals. I’m transparent about costs from the beginning, and clients who connect with me through platforms like Thumbtack may qualify for discounted rates. My goal is to provide strong representation without surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with an initial consultation to understand the client’s goals, timeline, and any risks involved. After reviewing the relevant documents, I outline potential strategies and explain realistic outcomes so the client can make an informed decision. Once retained, I move quickly to protect the client’s position, maintain consistent communication, and proactively address issues before they escalate. Clients always know where their case stands and what comes next.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and am licensed to practice everywhere in Pennsylvania. My practice focuses heavily on real estate litigation, landlord-tenant matters, conservatorships, debt defense, and bankruptcy, and I’ve developed practical courtroom and negotiation experience handling these cases throughout Western Pennsylvania. Beyond formal education, much of my training comes from hands-on litigation experience and regularly appearing before local courts.
