Santino has been a huge help in improving and restoring two homes of ours! As we were preparing to sell a home he refinished our wood floors and renewed them to perfection. In that home he also repainted several of the rooms which allowed us to sell the home blemish-free. At our current home he has been a jack-of-all-trades, improving our home’s function and form both inside and out. Our home is historical, having been built in the early 1800s, and he beautifully matched the pointing of the stone exterior - taking time and effort to imitate the style and color of the old pointing. He’s helped improve and maintain components of our roof, chimneys, and exterior flashing. He’s also been willing and able to take on small one-time projects such as installing a very sturdy clothesline, renovating a space in our basement to install a walk-in cooler, and digging a french drain in our garage to control flooding. Santino is a professional and personable contractor who my wife and I always enjoyed and felt comfortable interacting with. He’s determined to complete any job to the highest standard and I would trust him with any future projects we have around our home!
