Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Many carpet cleaners through Thumbtack say they have "professional" equipment -- but they use portable cleaning units. These do not clean nearly as well as a truly professional truck-mounted unit, which are considered the industry-standard. Portable carpet cleaners will tell you that their system is just as good as a truck-mount, but unfortunately that is just not true. (They probably have never used a real one to know the difference). We use the industry-standard truck-mounted high heat/pressure/suction steam cleaning unit. And we use products that are safer for people and pets compared to traditional carpet cleaning products. We enjoy making things beautiful and clean, and doing it in a way that is safer for health and the environment. Good reviews are important to us... check ours out on our Google Local page.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We speak through email or the phone about the project. We try to ask detailed questions so we can give the most accurate quote. And when we arrive for the service, we will walk through the areas with the customer and confirm.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We keep up with our continuing education courses for the carpet, upholstery, air duct, and natural stone cleaning fields. IICRC certified firm.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the following questions: Do they use a truck-mounted or portable cleaning unit? Are the products they use green-seal certified? Are they labeled as safe for people, fragrance free and non-toxic?
