What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive electrical training through the military and technical school. I have been doing drywall, flooring, painting and other small jobs for nearly 10 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell into this business when I was recently laid off. I started with side jobs here and there, before I knew it, I was getting calls all the time.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I installed 650 sq. ft. Of laminate flooring for a local small business. I began the job on Sunday and did not finish before the end of the day. So that we didn't interrupt normal business, I showed up before 5 am and finished before the business opened.
