FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates without on-site consultation are made with the assumption that the location is in an average state of disarray with all services included. An initial appointment can be made to assess the scope of the job at the location. At that time you may also note any special items that either require special care or that are not to be included in cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will visit or remote call to do an initial survey of the space, to talk about your specific needs, and to give a quote. If we decide I'm a good fit we'll also talk about scheduling, payments, and anything I'd need to know or have to access the house.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved to clean. You always hear people talk about getting in the "zone" when they're doing something they love, and cleaning puts me there. Beginning early by being the strange kid who would suggest cleaning and organizing the bedroom for fun during sleepovers, I started doing jobs for family friends and acquaintances before opening my own cleaning business in 2014.
