Riad was everything you could hope for in a surveyor. He was thorough, friendly, and affordable. He even spent extra time with our neighbors who were concerned about what the survey meant for their property; he looked at their original home survey from the 1930's and triple confirmed with them the boundary line. We highly recommend Riad's services.

The entire experience with Riad was excellent. He quoted me a great price and within days was at my house doing the survey to find my property lines. Riad Mahmood was the consummate professional. He explained the surveying process to me in detail. He left metal corner markers with white adjacent PVC posts, and wooded markers were added along the lines between each corner piece of rebar. I recommend him highly. Rennard

This is the first time using thumbtack to find a pro and I'm very impressed with who I found! Rushmore mapping did such a great job! The surveyor arrived early. He diligently worked at marking the property lines and at the end walked me around my property (a little over an acre) so I was able to see every corner. If you are looking for someone in the Butler area for this type of work look no further! It is so reassuring to find harding work people who show up when they say and do an excellent job!!
