- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my full time position I am a Network Administrator. So I have to stay up on education. My latest class was a Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager class.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Always had a passion for computers growing up. Wanted to get into a Computer Job going into the Air Force but was put into an Aircraft Mechanic/ Engine Mechanic position. After getting out of the Air Force and working for Lockheed. I eventually came back to Pennsylvania and went to college for my degree in Management Information Systems.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus and Malware Removal most common. DC Jack Repair on Laptops Broken Laptop Screens.
