Wonderful experience with Worthington and the estimator / PM Matt Jones. I got a free consultation with no pressure to actually purchase any product or service because he spent an hour closely examining everything in the basement of my newly purchased house, testing air humidity and relative moisture content in the walls. In the end the answer I got was everything actually looked pretty decent and there were no immediate concerns. Of course a French drain system or EZ breath system or dehumidifier can always help reduce the overall moisture in the basement and improve air quality so Im getting a quote for those if I ever decide I want to take that proactive step to improve the health of my basement but the fact that Worthington is willing to spend an hour there only to tell me everything actually looks fine and there is no immediate need for their services proves their commitment to their business as a professional craft. They believe in basement health. Theyre not just looking for the next job. Experiences with contractors like this are always a delight and so very appreciated!

We needed an exterior French drain installed outside of our basement. Our estimate was easy to schedule and the receptionist gave me a quick history of the business. When Matt came to my house he took a lot of time and photos to get a complete understanding of our problem. We received a very detailed and timely estimate from Matt and his team. Matt answered all of our questions regarding the project. The production manager, Darius was very flexible regarding coordinating this project with our stucco installation. Our technician Milton and his brother did an exceptional job with all aspects of our three day installation. It was a complex job involving demo and replacement of concrete, trench digging around pool lines, drainage system installation, downspout extensions, foundation membrane, grate drains and river rock topping. Milton has 35 years experience in this business and that was evident. We definitely recommend this family owned and operated waterproofing business to everyone. Worthington Waterproofing staff did amazing work and completed work envy of the Great Wall. The two gentleman dug a long deep trench with seemless effort and organized their work to have basically no impact on the ground. They were also unnecessarily careful to protect the Yew which I mentioned was in the way and could be removed. But they saved it and it now growing several branches. Not especially decorative but the birds love hanging out in it and nesting. AND there's more! You also followed up well with the endless administrative tasks, paper work and nagging customer demands for receipts in order for us to apply for tax benefits and refunds (such as there may be). This took extra effort and care. Not the kind of grunt work the other workers do but equally appreciated.
