Introduction: My motto is âNever Give Up!â I feel privileged to inspire and train clients at any level of fitness, walk of life, or physical limitations. I have trained pre and post rehabilitative clients who have had cardiac, hip, knee, shoulder, and back issues. These clients have gone on to realize exciting health and fitness goals through my training programs; which are customized to fit the needs of each individual.
Essential to everyoneâs fitness no matter the age or fitness level is a whole body program. I integrate Cardio, Strength, Balance, Flexibility, Nutrition, and Relaxation into each customized training plan.
