At AZ Chimney, we always aim to be fair, transparent, and competitive. We offer clear estimates with no hidden fees, and we walk you through every part of the cost so you know exactly what you’re paying for. We also provide bundle discounts for customers who need multiple services done at once, like chimney + siding or roof + chimney repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and stress-free. We start with a quick conversation to understand your concerns, then schedule an inspection so we can see the issue first-hand. After that, we give you a detailed recommendation and estimate, answer any questions, and move forward only when you’re 100% comfortable. Communication is a huge priority for us — you’ll always know what’s happening and why.
