Booking & Access Policy A $100 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve the date and time. This deposit is applied toward the total price after the shoot is completed. If the shoot cannot proceed due to customer-related issues (no access, active alarm, lockbox/code not working, customer unavailable, or last-minute cancellation), the deposit is non-refundable and covers travel time and on-site availability.
