- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give a repeat customer a discount. I also can work out a custom plan to rotate services to save the client money with their reoccurring cleaning. I also often run specials for holidays and change of seasons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to my new customers to find out exactly what they need to have done. I try to work out a plan that will give them the best cleaning service that is tailored just for their needs. Some clients like green cleaning products, some have limited availability or have to work within a certain budget; I will do my best to accommodate their needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with several different types of customers. My customer base ranges from the large scale home owner needing to sell their home to the busy college renter who is having friends over. I have worked with major real estate companies and the small private landlords.
