Having moved here a year ago from a place where I completely loved my cleaning service. I really struggled to find someone that was reliable, through and most important to me was being efficient. Im terrible at doing my bathrooms floors and kitchen and so those are the most important things to me and I was not only blown away the first time Megyn came to my house with how clean everything was, but she was in and out of my house in under three hours. As someone who works from home, I cannot be gone all dayJust waiting for my cleaning people to finish. Megyn has now been cleaning my home for almost a year and she also cleans my fathers house as well. She also does Airbnb cleans for me and I love I can rely on her know that the house will be spotless when my guests arrive. You will not regret hiring Megyn and her team to clean your home.

I had a very negative experience with this company. Their crew is wonderful, especially Chelsea, but the owner I found to be less than reliable with communication about scheduling, etc. Then on our last clean she charged me nearly double the usual fee after her crew was at my home for 30 minutes more than she estimated. When I expressed surprise and discomfort at what seemed to me like a bait and switch, she quoted a new pricing structure that she had never previously conveyed to me and accused me of wanting free work and my home of being filthy, neither of which were true. The resulting text exchange was unprofessional, threatening, and insulting. I obviously will never be using this company again.

I agree that we did charge you more for more time spent, because you had missed 2 months + of service with us and your home took more intensive work than usual, and the amount I quoted you for was based on being an upkeep clean and doing less, and we would do the same with any other client as it states in our terms of service. I feel as if I handled this situation with you as professionally as I possibly can, and did not and would never call someone's home filthy. I did say several times explaining why the cost was more that it was because the house needed a higher degree of cleaning than usual. I feel as if we have implemented a system for our cleaning business that puts down solid boundaries to not do more work for no extra cost and we stand firmly on those. I would like to add that I sent you a message before I sent the invoice explaining the upcharge (we did not charge you for a full deep clean, merely just for extra time) and that I was willing to stick with our agreed upon price as long as it falls into our terms of service. I will disagree that the text exchange was threatening in anyway, I simply made you aware of our late fee policy which it also states in our terms of agreement and applies to all other customers.
