- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't believe in set prices in this field of work since no two jobs are ever alike. Instead, I prefer to give my customers the individual attention they and their home or property deserve with free personalized quotes that I guarantee with no surprises or hidden costs. The price I give my clients, up front that we agree upon, is all they will ever pay and not a penny more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with you on your property at your convenience to evaluate the work at hand and in many cases provide a quote on the spot or at the very least have you a quote within 48 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in Forestry from Penn State University. Over 15 years experience in landscaping and tree care industry
