Introduction: We have been working in the foreclosure industry for a while now and have begun to differentiate ourselves from "hacks" - people who do shoddy work for minimum pay. They bring true meaning to "you get what you pay for." We have gone above and beyond to make sure we do a far better job than the competition. We demand perfection and our customers do too. I love helping people. One of the things we do is give back to the community. Aside from being active volunteer firefighters, we spend extra time making sure charitable contributions are made. If we take on an estate cleanout and are charged with disposing of otherwise usable household goods, furniture and/or clothing, instead of just going to the landfill and calling it a day, we go back and sort through everything and take anything that may be of use to someone less fortunate and donate it to the local Salvation Army, Goodwill, or womens' shelter. This gives us peace of mind knowing that we're not throwing away things that people can use. It takes time to sort through truck loads of debris, but it's our little way of volunteering and giving back to the community, and at the same time keeping landfill use to a minimum.
