Dave did amazing work at my house. He painted, caulked my tub, installed a net utility tub, and installed new light fixtures. He made sure everything was done to perfection. He was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is by project but occasionally hourly work is done for odds and ends jobs. Change controls are used to adjust pricing as needed if the scope is modified.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine the customer's needs to see if we are a fit. Typically we will scope the job, determine materials and work schedule, sign a contract outlining the expectations, accept down payment and then begin as scheduled. Payment schedules vary depending on the job. Scheduling is typically 3-6 weeks out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of do-it-yourself home rehabs, rental rehabs, working with subs, reading books by Home Depot/B&D/etc. cover-to-cover, and YouTube. We have a WV licensed plumber on staff. Certifications from NAHB and the EPA.
