I am a trained artist and museum conservator who has found his calling in Furnishings. Whether that is a repair, refinish, build, or restyle, I guarantee I can take care of it. My shop is eco-friendly, only using chemicals when absolutely necessary and my pricing is very competitive. I've used Pierce Wilson to custom design a bunny hutch. He even came and did modifications after I was using the hutch and needed a bottom door. After his great work with our hutch I asked if he worked on doors. Our bathroom door needed to be repaired badly and all other handyman wanted to replace the door with a cheap replacement. Tommy was able to fix our door and fix the hinges while keeping our 1940s house door. I have several more projects that I will absolutely contact Tommy for!

I was so excited to work with this man. He had some health issues which turned life threatening. However, the work was less than substandard regardless of the health issues. I had damages from a move from Florida to PA. Everything he supposedly fixed is broken. A leg on a chair, broken. A couch, broken. A entertainment center, not level. Nothing has lasted. He took one of my chairs into his shop for repair and it was destroyed in the shop in an accident. I kept asking about when it would be repaired. While he compensated me for it, now I am down to three chairs from what he described as a simple fix. Just stay away and find someone with woodworking experience. We had an antique piece that was locked by the movers. He encouraged me to let him take it into the shop to unlock it. I am so glad I didn’t. It’s still locked, but at least it is not destroyed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always strive to balance pricing and quality. Also, I do offer discounts for multiple services such as custom furniture and interior design or furniture repair and complete refinishing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with a conversation, either by phone/text, video, or in person. I want to know what you like, your budget, and how I can make you happy. From there, I do everything I can to make the experience pleasant and quick. In the end, I would rather have a list of happy customers than a day bank account.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a triple concentration Bachelor of Fine Arts, a Museum Leadership masters from Drexel, and an interior design certificate from the British College of Interior Design.
