- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always strive to balance pricing and quality. Also, I do offer discounts for multiple services such as custom furniture and interior design or furniture repair and complete refinishing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with a conversation, either by phone/text, video, or in person. I want to know what you like, your budget, and how I can make you happy. From there, I do everything I can to make the experience pleasant and quick. In the end, I would rather have a list of happy customers than a day bank account.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a triple concentration Bachelor of Fine Arts, a Museum Leadership masters from Drexel, and an interior design certificate from the British College of Interior Design.
