Hired on Thumbtack

Was in desperate need for grass mowing/lawn maintenance services for our 1+ acre property due to a family illness that prevented us from keeping up with the lawn. Damon responded to my request the same day it was submitted and was able to schedule me in the following day. He arrived promptly as scheduled and did an excellent job cleaning up our property. I would highly recommend Damon and I will be continuing to utilize him for our grass mowing/lawn maintenance needs.

Details: Every other week • Residential • Very large (10,000-15,000 sq ft) • Front yard/lawn • Back yard/lawn • Side yard/lawn • Mowing, trimming, and edging • Leaf clean-up • Standard grass (under 6 inches) • 2 - 3 weeks ago • No, I don't need to be there

Damon was excellent!! We were searching for a concrete company for awhile and all the people we contacted were not responsive or did not return our call. Since the beginning of our request Damon was expedient responding and continued to the finished product, excellent!! (Not to mention that they promised and finished the basement during an awful snow storm). They are professional, quick, easy to communicate with, clean. Highly recommend them!! Good value for an excellent job!

Details: Pour new concrete • Less than 500 sq ft • Residential

Very happy with my new patio. They showed up on time, provided a quality concrete patio, we're always professional, completed the job on time, and were very meticulous in cleaning up after themselves. I would refer Reyburn-Lightner to anyone.

Damon and his team showed up as promised on 2 hours notice. Work was excellent considering how much grass was in my yard. Got more than I expected considering the low price. I would hire Damon again and recommend him to my friends.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Very fair. We are hear to help you not empty out your pockets. Our goal is making your landscape ideas come to life while staying budget-friendly.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting to know them the best we can and understanding everything they want about the project at hand. Usually set up a meeting where we go through a walk-through. From there, we write a proposal matching everything we had discussed in the walk-through matching the customers needs. If the proposal is accepted, the customer will then sign the proposal and a customer agreement form. After signing both of those. we will then schedule a day or two, depending on the size of the job for the work to be done.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they understand your needs and you have everything you want done stated in the contract.
