- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is completely transparent with no hidden fees or hourly clocks ticking. Every partnership begins the exact same way: with a single, in-home deep-dive session designed to evaluate your dog's individual needs. I offer two clear options based on your goals:• Core Foundation Option: A standalone, targeted in-home session that gives you immediate expert help, a clear action plan, and a complete strategy tailored to your daily needs.• Behavioral Focus Program: A comprehensive multi-session program containing 3 total sessions. This builds a relaxed, focused pace over multiple visits to bring natural harmony back to your home. You have full flexibility. If you prefer to start with just the single session, you can seamlessly upgrade to the multi-session program later on a pay-as-you-go basis. Both options include Lifetime Support
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come to your home and we review how things are going in your dog's natural environment, where their everyday behaviors actually happen. We spend a deep-dive session together actively establishing a foundation of trust, clear boundaries, and reliable communication. I work directly with you to teach you the exact methods needed to become a leader your dog can trust and respect, providing hands-on coaching tailored specifically to your daily routine. You will walk away from our very first session with immediate clarity, actionable steps, and a complete strategy to start transforming your daily life together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Dog Trainer and Behavior Specialist, having completed a rigorous, advanced dog behavior curriculum at the Dog Training Academy. This formal academic foundation is backed by my 10 years of full-time, hands-on field experience resolving complex behavioral cases. I specialize in applying proven behavioral support to create customized, real-world solutions that establish immediate clarity, trust, and lasting harmony inside your home.
