Hello! My name is Marie! I run PM Composures Photography - A woman owned Boutique photo studio serving the Tri-state area.
Hailing from New York City, I have professional training in corporate events, headshots, film photography, and drone photography. In my free time I am a health and relationship coach and studying doula, so capturing families and sports has my heart
I have a studio and am currently based in Quakertown, PA
My goal in every session is to spend the appropriate amount of time to make sure everyone is relaxed and can engage with each other and the camera in a candid way.
We live in a world where everything happens so quickly, I focus on slowing down and capturing the beauty of the moment - the beauty of what makes you and your family or business unique, and making that beauty come alive in your home
The PM in the company name stands for Precious Milestones. Your life and the people in it are worth celebrating, and I am here to support you from idea, to making your images come alive on the walls or in the books around your home.
Feel free to reach out with any ideas or questions, I'd love to chat!

Marie was awesome to work with, and very accommodating! We didn’t want to shoot in her normal location and she was willing to research places, drive and bring props for us to pose with. She gave us a preview and if there were any we did not like she was more then happy to help us get the shots we wanted. Very very happy that we worked with her and are so excited to see our engagement photos. Her prices were great and she was on time and very helpful throughout the entire shoot.
Details: Posed engagement photoshoot • Traditional posed • Candid • Outdoors • One location • Online or digital proofs and prints • At the pro’s location

Marie discussed what we needed ahead of time and laid out a plan. During the event she was very on point and creative, which produced the photos and videos we needed. Even better than we could have hoped!

Marie never disappoints. We have now done family portraits 2 years and will continue to do so. Each session has been an amazing experience to remember. High quality work, artistic talent, quick to respond with any questions or concerns, preparedness, professional, quick turnaround, adaptability, goes above and beyond, etc. Everything you would want and more! Would highly recommend and will book again in the future.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe your family portraits are meant to be displayed and celebrated! Your session is tailored to your aesthetic. After the session, we meet in person to review the images that came out well, and make decisions about how your life and artwork will be celebrated. You will not be alone in any step of the process
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the type of shoot, I'll ask if there is a certain style they're looking for, or if they've seen other images they like. If they have some ideas on pinterest I'll ask to see their boards and get a better feel for their style and see how creative we can get.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout high school and college I've taken:
8 different classes in the darkroom
12 digital imaging or digital photography classes
6 Studio and Lighting classes
4 Critique classes
2 art history classes
1 composition class
1 HTML class
