What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are paid by the companies we connect you with. We match you with the best product/service for you based on your needs and goals. That insurance company pays us. For our wills/trusts we use an independent attorney. The fees for that service include the actual legal documents and our service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet in person and discuss what their goals are to get a better understanding of what they can benefit from. Then offer solutions based on that info, if we can even help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the licenses and schooling needed. I have a lot of experience which is the true teacher. But more importantly I have a group of professionals that know dare I say anything I may not.
