My rate is average for this type of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the job is uncomplicated and we agree to work together, I can schedule it on my next available opening. For more complex projects, I like to look at it and go over the details with the client. Please keep in mind that I can provide an estimate and not a quote, as you usually don't know all aspects of a job until you get in to it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of facilities maintenance in the military and over 10 more at a variety of local businesses and on my own.
