We enjoy seeing the transformation of carpet to hardwood or seeing an old floor brought back to life. When you see the customer face and all they can say is wow you know that your company did what you came there to do. Seeing where there was a light or nothing and adding a ceiling fan. Or upgrading outlets and switch or a new panel.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is per sq foot normally unless there is other work to be done like steps,repairs, carpet tear out. That is all flat rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normal we look at the job then give the customer the quote. We also explain what We will be doing and how We do it. We set up a time and a date that We can return to do the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 15 years experience working with 2 other company's before we started our company.
