Guys were great to work with! Can’t say enough good things about them, I was injured as a volunteer firefighter and have been out of work for 11 months. We had an offer from a friend for a hot tub they were no longer using, because of my injury I had no way of transporting it myself. Rasheed contacted me within minutes of requesting a quote, he needed one picture to say “let’s do this” which I appreciate the responsiveness. He even went to the extent of taking a loaner truck because his personal truck was in the shop and used that to ensure he was able to keep the timeframe for the pick up. They used foam to ensure the straps weren’t directly touching the hot tub which shows the attention to the little things most movers ignore. They kept me up to date the entire time including when they arrived at the pick up location, leaving pick up location and when they were ten minutes out. My gate was too small to fit the hot tub flat how they transported it so within 5 minutes they had the hot tub securely on its side due to the specialty equipment they have again showing how professional they are. They then wheeled it back into my yard and guided it directly into the hole I dug out prior and had it turned exactly how I needed it. Excellent job and definitely recommend them for anyone looking for movers.

We need a hot tub moved and couldn’t get anyone to work within our timeframe. We called Jaraso. Rasheed was able to accommodate our timeframe. Rasheed and his staff were on time, professional, moved our item with care, and gave up tips and pointers for care of our new purchase. I would definitely recommend Rasheed for your moving needs.

Rasheed was wonderful throughout the whole process. We had him move a hot tub from one house to another a few miles away. During the whole process he and his associate were professional and polite. They wore their masks any time they were near another person as this was during September 2020 where COVID-19 is still an ongoing pandemic. He used a slider sled to move the hot tub from the pickup location and onto the trailer. He applied foam pads under the straps used to lock the hot tub to the trailer so as not to damage the tub and even screwed in some of the panels that were loose on the tub so that they wouldn’t be removed or broken in transport. Once the tub was at its destination he navigated it through a more narrow opening gate with ease from years of experience. As he was spinning the tub into position he gave us lots of advice on how to clean out and care for our tub. This was a pleasant surprise and his professional advice came from a former career. I would happily recommend his services to anyone looking for an experienced and professional moving technician who performs high quality work and goes above and beyond on customer service.

From the initial text to the actual move Jaraso came through. Rasheed was the tech I dealt with, he is very knowledgeable and had plenty suggestions to aid the process. I will be using these guys in the future for my moving needs. He even suggested an electrician to install electric to my hot tub.

Rasheed was amazing! I had an EXTREMELY difficult hot tub delivery. 9’X10’ tub, 1100 lbs, up 16 steps and up a narrow 5 ft walkway to my land locked 2nd story patio. Generally, this is automatically classified to be a crane move, but power lines made that impossible. Very knowledgeable and experienced in moving, setup and maintenance tips. Placed tub exactly where and how I wanted. If you need anything moved, CALL RASHEED!! You won’t be disappointed.
