What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial in showroom design consultation is free. An appointment at your house is $100, but then credited off the final design price
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are flexible to suit the needs of our customer! It all starts with a design consultation, which can be in our showroom, virtual, or even an exchange over email / text messaging. After we come up with an initial design, we'll collaborate and refine based on desires and budgets. Before ordering anything, we'll come to your house to measure and make any last minute adjustments. We can either provide the contractor to do the installation or you can coordinate that piece yourself.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Understanding budget and costs of a renovation are extremely important. It can be so disappointing for a customer to fall in love with a beautiful design and then realize it is completely outside of their budget.
