The team did an excellent job cleaning up water damage on my ceiling another wall. The team was able to work with me on the price and they completed the patch work, and painted the ceiling for my entire main floor and kitchen in under 8 hours. The team members let me know about each step they were doing. I would book again with them if i have another issue.

My sump pump failed and flooded the basement. I called AfterCare at 9:30 on a Sunday night. They had a crew at the house by 10:15. They worked until 1am to complete the job. Even replaced my sump pump! The crew was very professional and knowledgeable about the next steps. They dealt with my insurance company so I didn't have to at no extra charge. The customer service was wonderful. They checked up on their work every 2 days. Highly recommend!

The on-site crew was courteous and tolerant of my dogs which meant the world to me. Their work was excellent and the job was completed as promised. Jeff came out immediately to spray after our house was flooded. Once he saw the extent of the damage, he came up with an immediate plan and had industrial dehumidifiers and fans all over my home the very next day. Throughout the process, he and his team constantly kept me updated, was completely transparent and fair about pricing (there were a lot of companies upcharging after Ida hit the Northeast) and extremely professional.
