I had an absolutely amazing experience with Elaina!!! Oh my goodness she is amazing at what she does. She takes your inspiration and brings it to life and makes it even better. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is individualized per service. I have strait forward rates but they vary base on how many people and what services you are receiving. I charge extra for a trial, and also for traveling to your getting ready location. I do require a 10% non refundable deposit to reserve your date. If you have questions about pricing reach out and I can quote you an exact price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is make sure I am available for your date. Then I quote you a price based off of the information you give me. If you agree to book with me, I then require a 10% deposit to reserve your date. After this you can send me pictures of styles you like. We can schedule a trial run about a month before your wedding.

Graduated from Lancaster School of Cosmetology
