- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is individualized per service. I have strait forward rates but they vary base on how many people and what services you are receiving. I charge extra for a trial, and also for traveling to your getting ready location. I do require a 10% non refundable deposit to reserve your date. If you have questions about pricing reach out and I can quote you an exact price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is make sure I am available for your date. Then I quote you a price based off of the information you give me. If you agree to book with me, I then require a 10% deposit to reserve your date. After this you can send me pictures of styles you like. We can schedule a trial run about a month before your wedding.
