Introduction: Our company stands out above the rest mainly because of our positive energy, constant contact with the customer, and our upbeat attitude. I personally think we stand out above them all because, of the abundant knowledge we've learned over the years. The most important part of standing on top is, the perfection we put into all our craftsmanship. Having the ability to set my own jobs up with a bit of flexibility. Meaning, I can give my self the time needed to finish a job properly and not be rushed by a money hungry boss or supervisor. Basicly i can always finish every job to the very best of my abilities- being proud of my work and skill set. Also, i love to work with my hands.

I hired Jeff to install an interior door and crown molding. Jeff immediately responded to the quotation request and came by the next day to measure for the job. The work looks great and Jeff is a true perfectionist. I will definitely use him again and have recommended him to friends. Unlike some other contractors I have used, Jeff is in constant communication and really takes the time to ensure the homeowner understands the work that is being performed. I felt that the labor costs were entirely reasonable. Lastly, Jeff made sure that he left the worksite actually cleaner than he found it. Just another example of his attention to detail which is a key characteristic of a great contractor.

I contacted Jeff from Thumbtack to fix 3 broken windows. I felt comfortable with him from the first time that we met. He was extremely polite and courteous. He was able to fix the problem promptly, explained what was wrong and how to avoid a similar problem in the future. He cleaned up after himself. I was so impressed with his work that I asked if he could install 2 electrical outlets in the basement for me. He came back the next day. He called first to advise that he was on his way, arrived promptly and completed the job as promised. I would hire him again in a minute. He was a true professional and you can't go wrong in contacting him. Great job!

We hired Jeff to install a new entry door, and to add a storm door as well. Jeff provided outstanding customer service and workmanship. I truly appreciated all of the time that he took before the job to explain how he works, and what he would do for the project. On site, Jeff was very professional and thorough. Our doors were installed, worksite was cleaned up very thoroughly and we are completely satisfied with the job. We plan to hire Jeff for additional home improvement work. We would highly recommend him for your project!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job has its own obsticals, so every job is best priced after I have seen the job. This way I can give the customer all valid options and price the job accordingly. Knowing that, i will- more than likely, put an average price for labor. This is so that the client can get a rough number to go off of.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a phone call or email- customers choice, for interdiction and to gather some rough notes and size of the job. On accession, the customer and i can get far as a ball park price. Most importantly we will set up a free on site quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a structural engineering degree also in board drafting, that I received after graduating high school together with a tech school for 3 years. I graduated top of my class with honors, in finish and fine carpentry, cabinetry and rough framing. I Also have certifications in lead control and removal also in asbestos containment and removal as well.
