- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and the level of service selected. Starting prices are listed, but final pricing may vary if a vehicle requires additional time due to excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or heavy buildup. I’m always transparent about pricing and will communicate any adjustments before starting. Discounts are occasionally available for maintenance plans, repeat customers, or multiple vehicles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs, goals, and the condition of their vehicle. From there, I recommend the best service options and explain what results they can expect. Once scheduled, I arrive fully equipped, perform a thorough detail with attention to every detail, and finish with a final walkthrough to ensure the customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the International Detailing Association (IDA). My training comes from hands-on experience, continuous learning, and staying up to date with industry best practices. Over the years, I’ve refined my techniques in paint correction, interior restoration, and ceramic coatings, while consistently testing and using professional-grade products to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality results.
