I have an Acer Aspire7540 laptop and it needed a new hard drive. I e-mail them and talked also with them to install a SSD drive from the mechanical one. So I got a new 500 GB Samsung EVO drive and took them to there shop in Red Lion. They transfer everything from the old hard drive to the new one in one day. I picked it up and checked it out before leaving the shop. What a difference in a more faster computer.
They did a great job, so I had them replace any hard drive on My Dell 6000 laptop computer which was seating on my desktop for two years needing a new hard drive. I let them fix that computer up. I did have some problems after they installed the new hard drive.
I could not get it to update Windows 7 updates?? Talk to them on the phone and returned the computer and they did all the updates and did not charge me any more for that service. They are very reasonable and I will deal with them again for more computer work. If you have computer problems or just looking for another computer, Give them a call!! I recently purchased a laptop there about 3-4 years ago. The service was oustanding and the price you couldn't beat! My laptop still runs like its brand new and Richard recently fixed my keyboard (which was missing keys from my toddler). The funny thing is, we have a computer place down the street, but yet I make the 45 minute drive just because they are that outstanding! Thank you Cyber2!

My Dell Laptop would not perform Windows update after sitting in storage for a year. Also DVD drive would not read discs. Richard fixed in an hour and everything works great. I recommend these guys at Cyber2 100%. I'll go nowhere else from now on!
