I am sitting at my computer watching it rain 1/4 inch in 10 minutes. Before 12/2021, we would be gathering our tools, wet vacs, large tub for emptying the vacs, sump pump and long hose to get the water up out of the basement, towels to contain the water from covering the entire floor, cranking up the dehumidifiers to high, etc. Then someone would spend hours watching the water, until things dried up. Now, we just watch the rain gauge and smile with relief.This all happened because my grandson convinced me to stop and talk with Wesley Pfleiger at the West Lampeter Fair. After having others come to our home saying this is what we do, take it or leave it, Wesley gave us choices as did the the man who came to give the estimate. I can't express what a load has been lifted and frankly, as we continue to age, I am not sure how many more years we would be able to live here with the water problem we had. We are so grateful......

My crawl space (partial concrete flooring) opened up into my home through the laundry room. My home would get humid and musty. 58 Foundations (3 men) sprayed the crawl space for mold, encapsulated the entire floor, and added a door to the laundry room (in less than 4 hours). The crawl space looks tidy and a place I can use for storage. Immediately I could feel less humidity in the home and a freshness to the air. Before the crew wrapped up for the day, one of the managers came out to check out the job. Very pleased with the work.

John, Paul, and Paul did and amazing John on my crawl space. They sprayed the DOT treatment to get rid of the mold and left no scent, the were quiet, polite, and very clean. I appreciate all the work they did.
